Welcome

Space to heal. Room to grow.

Meet Nicole
Let’s be real—life can be a lot; especially if you’ve spent years adapting, masking, or trying to make yourself fit into spaces that never really fit back. If you’re exhausted from holding it together and quietly wondering how long you’re supposed to keep doing this, you’re not alone. And honestly? Same, but there is hope.

I see therapy as a place to exhale a little. You don’t need the right words or a polished story. We can slow things down, untangle what you’ve been carrying, and figure out what actually helps you. A lot of the time, that means noticing the skills you’ve already built just to survive—and then deciding together which ones still serve you and which ones you’re ready to set down. We’ll also pay attention to how your body and nervous system show up day to day, with curiosity instead of judgment.

I’m a Clinical Counsellor and Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), and I offer a warm, collaborative space that’s grounded in safety, respect, and the occasional bit of humor—because this work is important, but it doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time. I work with individuals and couples, including neurodivergent folks, using CBT, somatic awareness, and existential approaches through a trauma-informed lens.

You don’t have to have it all figured out to start. We can take this one step at a time—together.
